HAGGLZ — TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Hagglz ("Hagglz," "we," "us," "our") is a product of AI TechDragons Inc., a Nevada corporation. By using the Hagglz app, website, or related services ("Services"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use Hagglz.

1. Overview

Hagglz helps users lower bills and find better prices by analyzing uploaded documents and contacting companies on their behalf. We may use both AI systems and human negotiators.

2. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By using Hagglz, you authorize us, our employees, and technology partners to contact companies, vendors, or service providers on your behalf to negotiate prices, request quotes, or cancel services. You understand Hagglz acts only as your authorized intermediary—not as your legal agent, broker, or financial adviser.

3. No Guarantees or Promises

  • Hagglz provides a best-effort negotiation service.
  • We do not guarantee results, savings, or specific outcomes.
  • Prices, offers, or discounts displayed are illustrative only.

4. Your Uploads and Consent

By uploading any document, image, or information, you:

  1. Acknowledge that the content may contain personal, financial, or sensitive data;
  2. Grant Hagglz permission to store, process, and transmit that data using AI and/or human review;
  3. Authorize Hagglz to share relevant information with third parties as needed to complete your request; and
  4. Release Hagglz from liability for such authorized use consistent with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

5. Use of AI and Humans

Hagglz may rely on automated algorithms, generative AI models, and human negotiators. You consent to this blended approach and acknowledge that outputs may be generated or reviewed by automated systems.

6. Marketing and Affiliates

Hagglz may recommend products, services, or vendors and may receive affiliate compensation when you sign up, switch providers, or purchase through links or referrals. We may also use aggregated or anonymized data to benchmark pricing or trends. You consent to these practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;
  • Use Hagglz only for lawful purposes;
  • Not upload or submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing materials.

You must be 18 years or older to use Hagglz.

8. Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, Hagglz is provided free to users. If paid features are introduced, terms and pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Hagglz is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • AI TechDragons Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid to Hagglz, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI TechDragons Inc., its officers, agents, and partners from any claim arising from your use of Hagglz or breach of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All Hagglz trademarks, designs, and software are the property of AI TechDragons Inc. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including misuse or suspected fraud. You may terminate by deleting your account or uninstalling the app.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada under AAA rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

14. Privacy Policy Reference

Your use of Hagglz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Please review it carefully.
